50% of the stand space cost is paid 12 months before the event, and the remaining 50% along with exhibitor insurance is due 4 months before. Exposure services are paid 4 months prior, and technical, service, and catering services are paid 14 days before the event. Full payment is required for access to the stand. In the event of stand space cancellation later than 30 months before the event, 100% of the cost, including the basic fee, is charged. All prices are quoted excluding VAT. VAT-registration Non-Swedish traders with no permanent establishment in Sweden are liable for VAT. Exhibitors that sell directly to the consumer/end-user must register for VAT with the Swedish Tax Authority in Stockholm.
