The conditions in point 8 a regarding cancellation, additions or changes of stand location or display services, due to conditions for exhibitors AUM2 2021:01S are changed from 30 months to 18 months for the event Scanpack 2024. 50% of the stand rental is to be paid 1 year and the balance 4 months before the opening of the exhibition. Technical services are to be paid 14 days before the opening of the exhibition. Invoices will be sent out 30 days before the date of maturity and must be settled by the stipulated date. Interest will be charged after due date. Interest rate is 2% per month. The exhibitor is responsible for the entire cost of space if the contract is cancelled. VAT will be levied in accordance with Swedish tax legislation.
VAT-registration
Non-Swedish trader with no permanent establishement in Sweden are liable for VAT. Exhibitors that sell directly to the consumer/end-user must register for VAT with the Swedish Tax Authority in Stockholm.
