We are so glad that you are one of the speakers at Scanpack!
Our speakers are an important part of the trade fair experience and a magnet for the trade fair as a whole. We will tell you that you are one of the speakers in the marketing efforts before the fair. We would also like you to market your participation in your own channels, such as website, newsletter or social media – together we create interest!
Below you will find marketing assets that may be helpful.
1. Speaker banners for social media 
Här kan du som talare skapa din egen banner med bild. Observera att fotot behöver vara kvadratiskt och minst 450×450 pixlar. När du laddat upp din bild kan du välja att ladda ner bannern i olika format för olika sociala medier.

1. Banners for marketing
Download the pictures to your computer and upload them where you want them. Feel free to link to Scanpack’s website (https://en.scanpack.se/)

2. Video for social media
We will publish short films with our speakers on Scanpack’s social media, and you are therefore asked to send in a film in which you tell about your speech in an attractive way. By sending the film to us, you agree that we use it in our social media.
Length: 10-20 seconds.
Suggested script: Hello! My name is (name) and I am (profession). The (date of speech) I will speak at Scanpack. Then I will tell you more about (content). Hope to see you at Scanpack!
Practical tips
- Mount either the camera or mobile phone on a tripod or ask someone to film or make a selfie.
- Film in landscape format, so keep the camera with the long side horizontal. Otherwise, the format is filled in with ugly black edges when uploaded to social media.
- Light, film in a light place for best results.
- Avoid backlighting, try to get the sun / light on your face instead.
- Camera angle – try to keep the camera at normal height.
- Do not use the zoom function when filming mobile, it will degrade the quality of your film. Go closer instead.
What file format should the movie have?
Use a file format for movies, usually MP4 or Quicktime (MOV).
Where should the film be sent?
Send the film as an attachment to [email protected]. If the file is too large, you can download the film to your computer and then send via WeTransfer to Sofia.
3. Powerpoint template
Do you want to use a PPT in your speech, but lack a good template? Then you are welcome to use Scanpack’s PPT template (not mandatory).

4. Speaker banner for social media
Here you can create your own banner with image. Note that the photo needs to be square and at least 450 × 450 pixels. Once you have uploaded your image, you can choose to download the banner in different formats for different social media.

A significant reason why so many people want to visit Scanpack is because we gather the foremost and most knowledgeable people in the packaging industry. As a speaker, you are one of them. Together, we can build awareness of Scanpack and at the same time increase your visibility as a speaker at the exhibition by creating various activations together on Linkedin. Q&A Session
You answer a couple of questions that we share on Scanpacks Linkedin page, and we will send you a notification by email that there is now a post that you are welcome to share from your business Linkedin page.
Video pitch
You record a short video and pitch your contribution to the program to attract potential visitors.
You email the video to us, or alternatively, share the video on your Linkedin page and tag us. In turn, we will share it on the Scanpack Linkedin page.
General posts
Help us to share important highlights of the exhibition, such as the ticket release, on Scanpack's Linkedin page. Furthermore, we will send you an email notification when there is a post available that you are welcome to share, with the purpose of increasing reach and attracting potential visitors with the help of your network.
