Carryline: A frequent exhibitor at Scanpack since the 1970s

Carryline is a leading player in conveyor systems, with over 60 years of experience in developing, manufacturing, and marketing innovative solutions for the global manufacturing industry. Since its founding in 1963, the company has been a pioneer in its field and was the first in the world with this type of conveyors.

Why have you chosen to take part in Scanpack 2024?

Scanpack is Carryline’s home exhibition and we’ve exhibited here every time since the 1970s. We may have been at all Scanpacks apart from the first one.

We usually invite our distributors from practically all over the world at the same time and hold a conference. We’d 100 invited guests at the last Scanpack and had a very successful exhibition.

What services/products do you offer?

Carryline invented and was the first in the world to use plastic chain conveyors for light aluminium goods or stainless steel profiles, and we continue to set the standard for the market. We manufacture all products in-house at our factory in Kungälv and deliver to our distributors worldwide, as well as to end customers in Sweden and Norway.

Will anything exciting be happening on your stand?

We’ll be demonstrating a lot of innovations. These will include an entirely new chain, for which we see a great need on the market. We’ll also be demonstrating various kinds of spiral that take the products vertically up or down to free up expensive floor space. On our stand, we’ll be operating the conveyors with products on so that you can get an overall view of how it works.

What challenges do you see your customers facing, and how are you making things easier for them?

Many companies are striving to increase efficiency and to automate their production processes. Carryline offers complete transport solutions tailored to small and large companies alike, ones that help to optimise production flow and reduce manual labour.
In today’s factories, companies also need to maximise the space in their production facilities.

Carryline’s small radius spirals are designed to transport products vertically, saving space and making the production process more efficient for the customer.
Things are transforming very quickly on production lines, and new products are constantly arriving.

We manufacture everything in-house and have a large stock, which means that we can not only come up with suitable solutions but also deliver quickly when customers are looking to convert or order new products. Carryline has experience and knowledge, and is close to the market.
