Do you have a case, a solution or an insight that could inspire the packaging industry forward? We would love to hear from you.
As an exhibitor at Scanpack 2027, you are welcome to submit your proposal for the stage program. During the event, there will be two open stages where leading voices from the industry share knowledge, experiences and perspectives on the future of packaging solutions.
We are looking for sessions that raise knowledge, spark new thoughts and show how innovation, sustainability, technology, materials, design, logistics and business development are connected. Concrete customer cases, clear learnings and real life examples are especially welcome.
Stages
Packaging Plaza
Packaging Plaza is located on level 2. This is the stage where industry experts and representatives from major, well known brands share experiences, insights and visionary perspectives.
Here, we highlight business development, market trends, packaging strategies and the questions shaping the direction of the industry. It is the place for seminars that inspire, broaden perspectives and show how packaging solutions create value in practice.
Scanpack Pioneers
Scanpack Pioneers is located on level 1. This is the stage for innovation, new technology and forward looking dialogue.
Here, we explore the developments shaping tomorrow’s packaging industry, from sustainability and digitalisation to new materials, production solutions and technology shifts. Scanpack Pioneers is the stage for those who want to show what is on the horizon, what already works and what the industry needs to understand to take the next step.

Criteria
For a seminar proposal to be accepted, it must meet a few basic criteria:
- You are an exhibitor at Scanpack 2027.
- The topic is current and relevant to the packaging industry.
- The content contributes knowledge, inspiration or concrete experience.
- The seminar has a clear connection to the industry’s development, challenges or opportunities.
- The proposal is not a pure sales presentation.
We would especially like to see presentations delivered together with a customer, partner or another relevant actor. Customer cases, market trends, inspirational talks and good examples are particularly interesting.
Sales presentations will not be approved. Instead, tell us about a case, a vision, a solution or a learning that others in the industry can benefit from.
Practical information
Each session is approximately 20 minutes.
The stage is equipped with standing tables and standard technical equipment, including a sound system and screen or projection surface for presentations.
Presentations should preferably be made in PowerPoint or Keynote. The presentation should not be submitted in advance, but handed over to the technician in the speaker lounge no later than two hours before the start of the session. More information will be sent to the proposals that are accepted.
A technician will be present during the stage programme.
As a participant, your session will be promoted in Scanpack’s digital channels, including:
- in the stage programme on Scanpack’s website
- on digital screens during the event
- in relevant communication connected to the program

Selection
We are pleased to receive many seminar proposals, which says a lot about the strong engagement in the industry. To create a relevant, varied and knowledge raising program, we carry out a careful selection process.
Each proposal is assessed based on our criteria, the overall program and how well the content contributes to Scanpack’s purpose: bringing the packaging industry together for knowledge, business, new collaborations and future solutions.
This means that unfortunately, we are not able to offer a place to everyone who submits a proposal.
