Scanpack Summit 2024 – A strategic summit for decision-makers
On 23 October 2024, leading stakeholders from business, research and politics will gather in Gothenburg for this year’s edition of the Scanpack Summit. The exclusive roundtable will be held in connection with Scanpack, northern Europe’s premiere packaging event, and aims to create a strategic dialogue about the future of packaging solutions and their critical role in achieving the goal of climate neutrality.
This year, the Scanpack Summit will focus on the role of the packaging industry in reducing the use of materials and increasing reuse and recycling, while maintaining product safety. Among those participating are Daniel Westlén, State Secretary to Romina Pourmokhtari, Minister for Climate and the Environment, who will give an opening speech and Johannes Bergmair, Secretary General of World Packaging Organisation, who will be leading the discussions.
The Scanpack Summit provides a unique platform for high-level strategic dialogue, allowing participants to share their experiences and insights. Scanpack Summit is intended to be a recurring meeting place for those leading the way in the packaging industry.
