IOCO Packaging - flexible packaging converter since 1993

We are a Lithuanian producer of flexible plastic packaging with Full HD flexographic printing and more than 32 years of experience. Our plant in Panevėžys runs around 1 000 orders a month for the food industry: confectionery, ice cream, bread and bakery, dairy and cheese, meat, groceries and pet food.

Products. Printed and laminated films in reels, duplex and triplex laminates, flow-pack films and bags, top lidding films, vacuum and wicket bags and doy-pack stand-up pouches with zip. Up to 10 colours, high-barrier structures (EVOH, metallised, aluminium), MAP and vacuum, retort, deep freeze down to - 40 °C, peel, reclosable and easy-open features.

Scale. 171 employees. Turnover 2025: ~23,4 million €. More than 150 customers trust us - among them Orkla, Unilever, Bisca, Nordic Sugar, Balbiino, Diplom-Is, Food Union, Lidl, RIMI, Arimex and much more...

Export. Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Iceland, France, Belgum. 

Sustainability. Close to 80% of our output is already recyclable and we are moving towards 100% through mono-material PP and PE structures designed for recycling - our answer to the EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), applicable since August 2026. Zero allergens in our raw materials. Our electricity is 100% green: market-based Scope 2 emissions are zero, supported by a 0.3 MW solar plant on our own roof. Solvents are recovered on site and our new regenerative thermal oxidiser keeps VOC emissions at roughly one eighth of the permitted limit.

Investing in quality. 2025–2026 brought a new COMEXI F2 EVO 10-colour Full HD flexo press (1,270 mm), a COMEXI ML2 Evolution laminator, new JURMET slitters, a Karlville doy-pack line and our own GC-MS laboratory for migration testing.
